Born in 1961. Born in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture.
Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Gunma University in 1983, and joined Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. (currently Suzuki Motor Corporation). Engaged in the development of motorcycle engines as a motorcycle engineer, and is involved in the development of Suzuki's flagship model Hayabusa / GSX-R series and many other engines.

Innovative technologies such as "oil-cooled engine" and "mass production of aluminum frame" were raised by seniors at the time of joining the company, "unprecedented", "do not imitate other companies", "unconventional" Put yourself in the era and environment where you were producing one after another, and became strongly aware of "the best manufacturing in the world".

In 1999, he became the engine developer of Suzuki Hayabusa, and after making a great contribution to achieving the world's highest speed of 300km / h at that time, he became the project leader of the MotoGP race group in 2001. At the pinnacle of motorcycle racing for eight years, he challenged the limits of performance against the world, and was in charge of advanced development of mass-produced engines. The latest technology cultivated in the race was introduced to mass-produced cars one after another, and three new engines were moved to the mass-production stage within a few years.

In 2018, he left Suzuki Motor Corporation, where he worked for 35 years. After leaving the company, he restarted as a free engineer for engines, machinery, design, and analysis. I remembered the world of model aircraft that I touched when I was a student, my longing for the sky, and I came up with the idea of utilizing my own engine development experience and the engine technology of motorcycles, which is the highest performance level in the world of reciprocating engines, for drones. ..

Succeeded in prototyping a vibration-free drone engine (patent pending) that completely cancels vibration, which was the biggest issue for reciprocating engines in 2020 drones. Taking advantage of these experiences, we are developing to raise the conventional electric drone, which has problems with cruising time and payload, to a level that can be fully utilized for industrial use.

In addition, through this development, it is a true "engine shop" that is motivated to revive the engine that has begun to lose its presence in the automobile industry.

Many patent applications. My hobby is playing the guitar.

This is the first Japanese interview with Jeff Bezos of Amazon, which has just been founded. After that, he energetically covered the tech companies that were produced one after another and continued to send articles to Tokyo.
While being stimulated by startup ventures that are emerging one after another with technology as a weapon, he decided to leave the company when he was ordered to return to Japan from the Tokyo head office.

Joined Aizawa High Pressure Concrete Co., Ltd., which was founded by his grandfather in 1994, and became president in 1988.
