After that, he was assigned to the New York office as a correspondent, and while he was interviewing the international community as a reporter in charge of the United Nations, he witnessed the "Internet explosion" that was sweeping the United States at that time.
This is the first Japanese interview with Jeff Bezos of Amazon, which has just been founded. After that, he energetically covered the tech companies that were produced one after another and continued to send articles to Tokyo.
While being stimulated by startup ventures that are emerging one after another with technology as a weapon, he decided to leave the company when he was ordered to return to Japan from the Tokyo head office.
